Indacaterol is a long-acting β2-agonist (LABA) that stimulates β2-adrenoceptors, increasing cyclic AMP, which relaxes bronchial smooth muscle and reduces mediator release from mast cells.
Glycopyrronium is a long-acting muscarinic antagonist (anticholinergic) that blocks M3 receptors in airway smooth muscle, causing bronchodilation.
Together, they improve airflow and reduce COPD symptoms.
